Eerily similar to today's news about the Serious Sam remake, Tales of Monkey Island developer Telltale Games announced that they're also holding a one-liner contest. Again, fans of the series can submit their witty remarks to the developers for the chance of being included in Tales of Monkey Island's second-to-last episode.
This particular one-liner contest is a tad more focused than Serious Sam HD's in that entrants have a bit of context to assist them with their dialog writing; Monkey Island protagonist Guybrush Threepwood has wronged you in some way, and it's up to you to describe how. Within that framework, the line that the developers deem funniest and most creative will potentially be used during a major scene in the October episode of Tales of Monkey Island. You'll also have a shot at weekly bonus prizes leading up to the contest's end date of August 10.
