Is Jeff Hardy the Best Heel Ever?

Wait... this is a serious thread? No way, I saw this title and I thought it had to be a joke... but I guess not.

I'll admit, I think Jeff Hardy is a better heel than I expected, so far, but even if he was magnificent in the role (which he certainly isn't)... he's still only been a heel for a month, so to call him the best heel ever is just ridiculous.

I think hes one of the best heels going today but not the best ever I think CM punk is better on the mic and can create more heat today aswell

he's been very good as a heel, nowhere near the best ever Ric Flair would be the answer to that one. His mic work has improved greatly
