Dempsey with a wrist lock and Coffey escapes. They lock up and Coffey with a wrist lock. Dempsey goes for a reversal but Coffey holds on and takes Dempsey to the mat. They go to a Greco Roman Knuckle Lock and Dempsey with a hip lock take down and he gets a near fall. Dempsey with a front face lock into a side head lock. Coffey with a punch to the ribs.

Coffey with a cross body press and an Irish whip. Coffey with a side slam for a near fall. Coffey with a Corning hold and Coffey holds on to it. Dempsey with a hip toss but Coffey holds on to the Corning hold. Dempsey with a head scissors take down but Coffey returns to the arm. Dempsey with a head scissors. Coffey works on the legs and punches Dempsey in the ribs. Coffey with a punch. Coffey stands on the knees. Coffey with punches.

Coffey misses a punch and hits the turnbuckle pad. Coffey with an Irish whip. Dempsey wit a forearm and an arm wringer into the turnbuckles. Dempsey with European uppercut followed by a gutwrench suplex for a near fall. Dempsey with a rear chin lock but Coffey with a slam. Coffey goes for a head butt to the midsection but Dempsey with a hammer lock and European uppercuts and a knee. Coffey with a head butt and Dempsey with a forearm. Dempsey kicks Coffey.

Dempsey with a front face lock and European uppercut. Coffey goes for a back slide but Dempsey blocks it. Coffey pulls Dempsey over and Dempsey with a knee. Dempsey rakes the eyes while on Coffey’s shoulders. Dempsey with European uppercuts and a cravate and take down. Dempsey with a shoulder tackle. Coffey tries for a leap frog and Dempsey catches Coffey and hits a back drop for a near fall. Dempsey stretches Coffey and presses his thumb against the nose that is already bleeding. Dempsey with a wrist lock.

Dempsey goes for a guillotine. Coffey gets a second wind and goes for a suplex but Dempsey gets to his feet. Both men bump heads and both go down. Coffey with a European uppercut and Dempsey fires back. They go back and forth. Coffey gains the advantage until Dempsey goes after the injured hand. Coffey with punches and a clothesline. Dempsey blocks a punch and goes for a take down. Coffey with an arm drag.

Coffey with boots in the corner and a double jump cross body but Coffey injures his hand and cannot capitalize. Coffey with a Glasgow Sendoff.

Teoman and Rohan Raja come to the ring to pull Dempsey from the ring. Joe goes to the floor and he is joined by Mark and Wolfgang. Dempsey sends Coffey into the ring steps while everyone else fights on the floor. Dempsey with a forearm to the back of the head and a dragon sleeper. Joe passes out.

We take a look back at last week’s NXT UK Tag Title Match between Moustache Mountain and Pretty Deadly.

Backstage:
Sid Scala congratulates Tyler Bate and Trent Seven on their victory. To determine the next challengers for the tag champs we will have a series of Number One Contender Elimination Matches. In three weeks, Symbiosis will face Ashton Smith and Oliver Carter. The next week, Die Familie will face Jack Starz and Dave Mastiff. The winners of those two matches will meet to see who challenges Moustache Mountain.

We are back with Jordan Devlin talking about how he likes some coffee in the morning and then put on an ice mask while doing crunches. He says he can do 1,000 now. Jordan mentions that his penthouse overlooks Dublin. It is his city with all of the little people below. He says he drives fast, with the top down because he likes the way the wind plays with his hair. He says he looks amazing. The little people, they adore me and worship me. Why wouldn’t they? I am more than a hero or an ace. I am more than Ilja Dragunov could be. He fights for his family and his fans. He is pathetic. He needs their love and approval. All I need is me.


The new NXT UK Tag Team Champions, Trent Seven and Tyler Bate make their way to the ring.

Trent says what a night that was. What a moment in time. Trent says that he thinks he needed that. It has been a wild 18 months, but we’re back. Moustache Mountain are NXT UK Tag Team Champions.

Trent says it goes without saying that there were times when they fell short. They did against the Grizzled Young Vets and against Pretty Deadly. I thought what happens if we don’t win. What do I do if we lose these? Where do I go from here? What do I do? Trent says he doesn’t know how long he has left and what would he do if he didn’t have these titles. Trent says he does have this and he has Tyler. As long as I have that, I am going to keep on fighting and going as long as it takes to keep these.

Tyler says that sounds like music to his ears. It wasn’t easy. It was a long, tough, treacherous ascent up that mountain. With the power of patience, hard work, and the energy that you give us, we stand here as the first team ever to hold the NXT and NXT UK tag titles.

Trent asks Tyler if he was the first ever UK champion. Trent asks if Tyler had the Heritage Cup. Now he has the tag titles. Trent says that makes Tyler the first grand slam winner in NXT UK history. Trent says that Tyler is the biggest strongest boy. Trent says he wants to thank Tyler.

Trent thanks everyone who makes this show possible. He thanks everyone for watching every week. Without you, this isn’t possible. It is onward and upward.

Ashton Smith and Oliver Carter are in the back. Ashton says they aren’t going to making any cheesy New Year’s Resolutions. The goal is to be NXT UK Tag Team Champions. Oliver says he has ice on his neck and wrist so why not put gold around their waist. It is not a matter of when any more.

We are back with a video package for NXT UK Women’s Champion Meiko Satomura and Blair Davenport. Blair says none of you have seen anyone like her. Satomura says she knows that Blair was a champion in Japan. They never met in Japan. Why did you come to NXT UK? To fight me.

Blair says she has been chasing that one match she was never able to attain. It is Blair Davenport versus Meiko Satomura. Satomura says that Blair is one of the best, but Blair cannot match her. Blair says that Satomura is the Final Boss, but Blair says that she is the number one Gaijin. Blair says it will be a flawless victory for Blair Davenport when they meet.

That match will take place in three weeks.

Kenny Williams tells Danny to get out of the ring. He says he wants Mark Andrews. He tells Danny to get out of the ring again. He tells Danny if he wants to do it the hard way, fine by him.


Kenny Williams vs Danny Jones

They lock up and Williams with a waist lock take down. Williams with a front face lock. Jones with a wrist lock and take down. Jones adds a chin bar and Williams gets to the ropes. They lock up and Williams with a side head lock. Williams holds on when Jones tries to send Williams off the ropes. Jones with a shoulder tackle or two. Jones with a knee to the midsection and he gets a near fall. Jones goes for a slam and Williams gets to his feet and clips Jones.

Williams with kicks in the corner. Williams with a knee to the chest. Jones with a forearm and Williams with a knee to the midsection for a near fall. Williams rakes the eyes with his boots. Williams slaps Jones in the face. Jones with forearms. Jones sends Williams into the corner a few times and connects with a knee in the corner followed by an exploder for a near fall.

Williams rolls ot the apron and he drops Jones on the top rope. Williams returns to the ring and dives at the knee. Williams kicks the injured leg. William with Bad Luck and then he says he will give Jones one more. Williams picks up Jones and hits Bad Luck for the three count.

Winner: Kenny Williams

Williams says he will go back there and find Mark.


We take a look at Symbiosis. Eddie Dennis says last year’s words belong to last year’s language. Next year’s words are in another voice. T-Bone says this is a new year and a new beginning. Things are going to change. Primate says eventually we will return, leading the pack. Dennis says that is Symbiosis.

They shake hands at the start of the match. They lock up and Frazer with a wrist lock take down but A-Kid with a head scissors and Frazer escapes. They lock up in a Greco Roman knuckle lock and A-Kid with a take down and side head lock. Frazer with a rollup for a near fall. A-Kid with a shoulder tackle for a near fall. A-Kid with a reverse chin lock. Frazer with a hammer lock and he takes A-Kid to the mat. A-Kid with an escape into a side head lock. A-Kid with a springboard arm drag and a drop kick for a near fall.

A-Kid goes for a Fujiwara arm bar but Frazer blocks it. Frazer with a monkey flip but A-Kid holds on to the wrist lock. A-Kid takes Frazer to the mat with the wrist lock. Frazer with a leg sweep and a cover. A-Kid with a leg sweep and cover. Frazer misses a spinning round kick as the round ends.

Round Two

They lock up and A-Kid with a waist lock take down. Frazer tries to escape but A-Kid with a waist lock take down. Frazer with a drop kick and an arm drag into an arm bar. A-Kid with a head scissors. A-Kid with a springboard arm drag but Frazer rolls through.

Frazer with a rollup for a near fall. A-Kid with a rollup and Frazer counters and gets the three count.

A-Kid misses a knee in the corner. Frazer with a back heel kick but A-Kid with a drop kick. A-Kid with a German suplex and he holds on to the waist lock. A-Kid goes for an O’Connor Roll but Frazer holds on to the ropes. A-Kid with a Northern Lights suplex and A-Kid with an arm bar but Frazer gets to the ropes to force a break. Frazer with a back elbow and a head scissors take down. Frazer with a chop against the ropes. A-Kid with an octopus but Frazer gets to the ropes.

A-Kid with a kick to the ribs followed by a chop. Frazer with an overhead belly-to-belly throw. Frazer with a springboard moonsault into a reverse DDT for a near fall. Frazer with forearms and A-Kid with a forearm. A-Kid with a sleeper and a flying kick for a near fall. A-Kid with the Fujiwara arm bar but the round ends.

Round Four

A-Kid avoids a forearm and goes for the sleeper but Frazer with a snap mare and drop kick to the ribs. Frazer goes up top and he misses a double stomp. Frazer with slingblade and a swinging brainbuster for a near fall. Frazer with a forearm and A-Kid returns to the sleeper. Frazer rolls through for a Boston Crab but A-Kid counters into a rollup for a naer fall.

A-Kid counters a springboard move by Frazer and goes through the ropes and hits a German suplex. A-Kid with a flying thrust kick for the three count.

A-Kid with a running kick into the corner followed by a Fisherman’s suplex for a near fall. A-Kid with a waist lock. Frazer with a super kick and he gets a near fall. Frazer goes up top and A-Kid with a running kick to stop Frazer. A-Kid goes for a superplex and Frazer blocks it. Frazer with punches and then he slips under and drop kicks A-Kid on the turnbuckles.

Frazer climbs the turnbuckles and goes for a Super Fallaway slam for a near fall. Frazer goes up top and misses a moonsault. A-Kid with a near fall and then he goes for the arm bar into the Omoplata and he forces Frazer to give up.
