Nutrition Manager

As the Performance Nutrition Manager, this role will be responsible for creating and providing a seamless nutritional program to all talent at WWE’s Performance Center. This will include providing day-to-day guidance to individuals and groups on key nutritional strategies in order to maximize performance.

Position responsibilities:

- Conduct consistent individual and group consultations focused on maximizing nutritional support around meal planning, supplementation, hydration, and recovery
- Work collaboratively with the WWE Strength & Conditioning team, MDs, PTs, ATCs and coaching staff to maximize nutritional programing for optimal results
- Develop and deliver practical and educational nutrition content for all talent
- Oversee and manage nutrition testing including Inbody metrix, weekly anthropometrics, and hydration
- Ensure nutrition services are based on the latest best-in-class, evidence-based practices within the field
- Integrate nutrition into other facets of existing programs
- Coordinate nutritional care to include working with talent to find local dietary solutions that drive individual goals
- Evaluate nutritional supplements for safety, quality, and efficacy
- Develop and oversee nutrition policies and procedures
- Willing to travel as needed to support shows, tryouts, and other events
- Be self-sufficient, a great communicator, organized, and willing to lead and manage nutrition programming through a collaborative approach across all disciplines

Preferred Qualifications:

- Registered dietitian with bachelors or masters degree in nutrition required Master’s degree in exercise physiology or nutrition (preferred)
- CSSD (Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics) (preferred)
- CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach) (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sports nutrition
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Comfortable presenting to large groups


Manager, Strength & Conditioning

Responsible for the development and implementation of year round strength and conditioning programs for all WWE NXT talent based at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando. Work collaboratively with WWE MD’s, PT’s, ATC’s, RD and coaching staff for optimal results.

Position responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strength and conditioning training programs for all WWE NXT talent from a variety of backgrounds and experience
- Year round programming of strength and power training, movement sessions to include speed and acceleration, and pre-gen/regeneration to maximize talent goals and health
- Stay up to date with latest trends in performance and sports science testing protocols
- Work in cooperation with the sports medicine/athletic training staff in the rehabilitation and strengthening of injured athletes
- Assist the performance team with daily activities including but not limited to scheduling, coordinating talent, and program design
- Support the Head of S&C with all performance related initiatives, S&C department philosophy and day to day operations
- Instruct, motivate, and assist talent in a safe and ethical manner to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with all team members at the Performance Center including nutrition, medical and in-ring coaches.
- Willing to travel as needed to support shows, tryouts, combines, etc
- Attend weekly meetings with the performance and coaching team focused on a wholistic approach to talent support

Preferred Qualifications:

- Current industry certification, preferably NSCA-CSCS or NASM
- Experience with collegiate or professional strength and conditioning
- Strong organizational skills and effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- CPR/First Aid certification


Director, Strength & Conditioning

Responsible for development, oversight and leadership of WWE’s Performance Team, focused on delivery of year round strength and conditioning programs for all WWE NXT talent. Work collaboratively with WWE MD’s, PT’s, ATC’s, RD and coaching staff to deliver optimal results. As Director of S&C, this role will ensure the team has the capabilities, resources and capacity to deliver high level outcomes.

Position responsibilities:

- Collaborate across the performance, nutrition, and medical teams to deliver world class performance programming to WWE talent
- Author and deliver year-round performance programming including pillar/movement preparation, strength and power training, speed, agility, and movement sessions
- Working daily with WWE in-ring coaches to ensure NXT talent development goals are being achieved
- Manage relationships with key VIPs visiting the WWE Performance Center from around the world
- Partner with key Performance Center stakeholders to continuously improve the quality and efficacy of programming, improve the engagement of talent, and meet service level expectations.
- Drive Sports Science initiatives with experience analyzing data to prioritize and make informed programmatic decisions
- Oversight of annual budgeting for the department that includes routine maintenance, purchases of new equipment, and staffing needs
- Willing to travel as needed to support WWE shows, tryouts, combines, etc
- Lead weekly meetings with performance and coaching team focused on wholistic approach to support talent
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes

- A minimum of three (3) years experience within a collegiate or professional strength and conditioning department
- Experience with sport science
- Strong organizational skills and effective oral and written communication skills
- Passion for building and leading high performing teams
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- CPR/First Aid certification
