All Elite Wrestling is just days away from their first 'House Rules' untelevised event, but one top name in the promotion, namely Jon Moxley would rather skip the show.

AEW House Rules was announced last month, and according to the promotion "offers an even more immersive experience for fans."

One name confirmed for AEW House Rules this week is Jon Moxley, who had previously been announced for OTT's ScrapperMania 7.

Speaking on Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez said that Moxley was not happy to be pulled from that event by AEW.

"They very much wanted all of the big stars there. The biggest stars that you could get who would do it. There was obviously the problem where Jon Moxley was double-booked and they made him do the house show, which he was not happy about. So they want to sell tickets for these house shows, and they want to have something resembling a house show business. This is the first one and I guess we'll see how it does."

In Moxley's place, AEW has sent Eddie Kingston to OTT ScrapperMania 7, which will take place on March 18, the same day as the AEW House Rules event.

It has been confirmed that Moxley will team with BCC ally and ROH World Champion Claudio Castagnoli to face Lee Moriarty and Big Bill this weekend.

Dr. Britt Baker, Darby Allin, Orange Cassidy, and others have also been confirmed for the event.

The first AEW House Rules event will take place on March 18, at the Hobart Arena in Troy, Ohio.
