Only a select few fans were able to attend the first AEW House Rules event, but that match could soon get a lot of exposure.

AEW announced their House Rules event (the promotion's answer to the WWE live event) last month after years of speculation over untelevised shows.

The first AEW House Rules event took place last weekend in Troy, Ohio, and was headlined by Jon Moxley and ROH World Champion Claudio Castagnoli defeating Lee Moriarty and Big Bill of The Firm.

Only 3,000 fans were able to fill the Hobart Arena in Ohio, but fans who couldn't make it could soon see the show at home.

PW Insider reports that instead of a large camera crew which would have been distracting, AEW filmed the show with several handheld cameras.

The show also featured banners for AEW Dark, which some have taken as a sign that the show will be featured on an upcoming episode of the YouTube series.

There has not been any confirmation by Tony Khan as to whether the House Rules matches will be featured on Dark.

The AEW President was promoting the matches during the House Rules event to fans, not in attendance on social media, and also posted himself watching a feed of the event.

PW Insider added that it makes sense for AEW to film all House Rules events to build additional content to their ever-growing library.

It has been confirmed that AEW's second House Rules event will take place on July 15, this year.
