Former WWE Star Returning at WrestleMania 39?

The feud between Finn Balor and Edge looks to be coming to a close at WWE WrestleMania 39 when they step inside the Hell in a Cell structure after the rivalry started in June 2022.

It began when Balor joined The Judgment Day before convincing the other members of the group to turn on Edge. Balor, Priest, and Ripley beat down Edge before putting him through a table.

Edge has worked a few different matches with members of The Judgment Day. Edge beat Priest in a main event match on Raw in Toronto before Edge lost to Balor in an I Quit bout at Extreme Rules last October. In February at the Elimination Chamber, Edge and his wife, Beth Phoenix, defeated Balor & Ripley in a tag team match.

In the promo segments leading up to this match, Balor has teased bringing back his alter ego for the match. Last Monday on Raw, Edge told Balor to bring the “Demon” back

PWInsider Elite reports WWE is bringing in former star Gangrel to Los Angeles. It’s unclear whether he will be used, but he could be used as part of Edge’s entrance or be involved in the match as their history dates back to The Brood days.
