NWA Going on Tour with the Smashing Pumpkins in U.S. & Canada This Summer

The roster of the NWA will have a unique touring experience when they travel with the Smashing Pumpkins this Summer.

In 2017, Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan purchased the NWA, which he has revitalized as a singular promotion.

Taking to Twitter, the NWA's Joe Galli shared that the promotion will go on tour with Corgan's band this Summer in the United States and Canada.

A press release via Live Nation added that several wrestlers "will be competing in most cities."

Pre-sale tickets are available now through Thursday evening on the Pumpkins' official website, before the general sale begins Friday morning.

Before going on tour, the NWA and Corgan will travel to Chicago next month for the NWA 312 Pay-Per-View.

The event will see the crowning of the first NWA Women's Television Champion between tournament finalists Kenzie Page & Max the Impaler.

NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Tyrus will put his title on the line against fellow WWE alum Chris Adonis.

Tyrus' reign has been a controversial one, given that he wrestles sporadically, and has had five matches since winning the gold in November.

Many fans are of the opinion that Tyrus is only champion so that he can feature the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship when appearing for FOX News.

Title matches for the NWA U.S. Tag Titles, the NWA Women's Tag Titles, the NWA World Tag Titles have all been announced.

NWA Women's World Champion Kamille will defend against La Rosa Negra, while the NWA Junior Heavyweight and National Heavyweight titles will be defended as well.
