Jungle Boy Jack Perry vs. Matt Hardy

Quick exchange, Perry hiptosses Hardy to the floor. Ethan Page provides the distraction on the tope attempt. Hardy with a side effect on the floor. They exchange punches as Darby allin looks on. On the apron, they trade blows. Side effect on the apron by Hardy as we go to commercial.

As we return it's Matt posing above Perry, Perry with a cutter. They trade blow for blow. Dropkick by Perry. Perry to the top and Page distracts him. Superplex by Hardy for 2. Ethan Page argues with the ref. Here comes Hook and he Page slug it out.

Page accidetally hits Hardy. Perry with a backslide for 2. Elbow to the head by Perry and he scores the pin.

Winner: Jungle Boy Jack perry

After the match:
Here comes AEW World Champion MJF. He enters the ring and runs down the crowd. He runs down Jungle Boy and his lack of success since their Double or Nothing 2020 match. He credits Perry with hard work. He reminds the fans that they never thanked Perry but tells Perry he should be mad at himself. He reminds Perry of what he said to him 3 years ago, that nice guys finish last. MJF reminds him that all of Perry's friends have left him and that Hook will do so soon. MJF asks why, after all these years, he's still just Jungle Boy.

Perry responds that he wishes he had MJF confidence and all of his non worries. He calls MJF a POS. He's OK with doing things the hard way. MJF applauds him on a 1/2 decent promo. However, MJF says Perry is a massive disappointment. He insults Ana Jay and Perry fores away and nails a lariat. MJF bails and yells at Perry.

Backstage, Kenny Omega is getting taped up and Callis attempts to explain away what happened last week with Hangman Page. Callis blames himself and vows to apologize to Page.

Members of the JAS and the Acclaimed celebrate their trip to the St. Louis Blues game. The Acclaimed will make their decision about whether or not to join the JAS next week.


Dalton Castle & The Boys vs. The Blackpool Combat Club.

The BCC attack in the aisle. In the ring Claudio beats down Boy 1 with uppercuts. Moxley pounds away on Boy 2 on the floor. Powerbomb by Claudio puts this one away quick.

The BCC leave through the crowd.


We see highlights of that happened to the Elite last week.

Alex Marvez is with Hangman Page. Page thinks the Bucks will heal. Callis shows up and apologizes to Hangman. The Blackpool Combat CLub attack Page and punch Callis for good measure. Callis is bleeding.

Kenny Omega (c) vs Jeff Cobb

Tony Schiavone interrupts Omega to tell him about the attack on Callis. Omega waives him off.

Lockup, Cobb muscles him into the corner, clean break. Headlock by Omega. Shoulder block we have a stalemate. Omega fails at a slam. Hurancanrana by Omega. Tope con hillo by the champion. Bulldog by Omega. He goes for a slam but Cobb falls back on him. Kicks by the challenger. Whip to the corner by Cobb. Omega rolls out but Cobb follows him and pounds away. Cobb sends Omega into the post as we go to commercial.

We are back and it's the challenger with a bearhug. Omega pounds out of it. Kick by Omega for 2. Snap belly to back by Cobb. Splash by Cobb. Omega rolls out of a German but a big hammer punch by Cobb. Knee strike by Omega for 2. Dropkick by Cobb. Dragon suplexes by Omega. Cobb with a lariat, both men are down. They rise and trade elbows. Now they trade punches. Cobb with a running elbow. Delayed vertical suplex by Cobb for 2. Standing moonsault by Cobb for 2. Cobb with a V Trigger. Omega blocks a One Winged Angel. Omega blocks and hits a V Trigger. Omega with One Winged angel for the pin.

After the match:
Omega struggles to his feet as the Blackpool Combat Club surround him. Bryan Danielson comes down to....help Omega up. Nope! Busaiku knee to Omega and the BCC swarm Omega. They fight off security and beat down Omega more. The Club celebrates being at full strength.


We see the challenge FTR laid to the Gunns last week. They will leave AEW if they lose next week. Backstage the Gunns mock FTR's complaining and vow to end FTR's AEW run next week.


AEW International Championship
Orange Cassidy (c) vs. The Butcher w/The Blade

I already wrote the result below. Butcher and Blade attack before the bell. Blade has been ejected from ringside. Kicks by Cassidy, Butcher with chops. Cassidy with a cross body. Butcher catches him and slams him. Cassidy rolls out. Butcher follows him and rams Cassidy repeatedly into the rail as we go to commercial.

We are back and it's Butcher with a knee lift for 2. Cloverleaf by Butcher. Cassidy rolls through and rakes Butcher's eyes. Stundog by Cassidy into a DDT for 2. Cassidy to the top and lands a diving DDT for 2. Ref is distracted and Blade attacks him. Chuck and Trent with the save. Orange punch into a Beach Break for the pin.

Winner: Orange Cassidy


Backstage:
Jade Cargill is backstage and VERY upset with Taya Valkarye. Mark Sterling has a legal processor who will serve Taya on Friday. I'm sure that will go well.

Juice Robinson with some words for Action Andetti for Friday night.


Willow Nightingale vs. Ruby Soho w/Toni Storm & Saraya

Ruby bails and walks around the ring. Lockup, clean break. Slap by Ruby. Kick by Willow into a side slam and a sliding splash for 2. Bodyslams by Willow. Willow with forearms and Ruby beggs off. Clothesline by Ruby. With the ref distracted, Saraya flails away with knee strikes. Ruby scores a 2. She chokes Willow on the bottom rope as we go to commercial.

Willow with a forearm to Saraya as we return. Willow with a snap mare to Ruby into a spinebuster for 2. Back elbow by Ruby. Death Valley Driver for 2 by Willow. Distraction by Storm and Ruby with 2 Sole Foods for 2. Pounce by Willow. Storm provides the distraction as Ruby rolls up Willow for the pin with her feet on the ropes.

After the match:
The Outcasts attack. Skye Blue and Riho run in for the save. They don;t do so good. Jamie Hayter saves them all. Riho and Hayter stare each other down.

Adam Cole vs. Daniel Garcia

Lockup, armtwist by Cole, reversal by Garcia. Takedown by Garcia, he poses to the crowd and mocks Cole. Headlock by Garcia. Shoulder block by Cole. Headlock takeover by Cole. Headscissor by Garcia. Garcia with a piledriver as he go to commercial.

We're back and Cole with a Death Valley Driver for 2. Garcia blocks a superkick. Boot by Garcia. Garcia with a German Suplex. Garcia sets up a superkickbut it's Cole with nails it. Cole with punches. Garcia with elbow strikes. Cole goes for the Panama but Garcia hits the Dragon Tamer. Cole to the ropes. Garcia nflexes and nails a piledriver for 2. I once heard that love feels like a pile driver.
