One of England's biggest independent wrestling promotions is partnering with one of the U.S.'s biggest independent promotions to have a show in London the day before AEW All In.

Seattle's DEFY Wrestling is crossing the pond to debut in London. Fans will be treated to a double bill as DEFY will run their show at 12 PM GMT with PROGRESS Wrestling following at 4 PM GMT on Saturday, August 26.

There hasn't been much information released. DEFY's show is called "The SPLENDID and the VILE", while PROGRESS went with the cheeky title of "It's Clobberin' Time!" The shows will take place at The Electric Ballroom in Camden, London.

For several years, PROGRESS Wrestling was available on the WWE Network. In January, the promotion held a show called Start Spreading the News. In a press release, they announced the end of their six-year partnership with WWE. They currently air shows on their own VOD streaming service, PROGRESS on Demand.

Their current PROGRESS Men's World Champion is Spike Trivet. Lana Austin hold the PROGRESS Women's Championship. Big Damo, Cara Noir, Lio Rush, Millie McKenzie, and "Session Moth" Martina are just a few of the other big names involved with the promotion.

Nigel McGuinness is also involved with PROGRESS. He is scheduled to appear at their big Super Strong Style 16 shows May 27-29. The first three entrants have been announced to the tournament with tweets saying McGuinness announced them. He also just signed with AEW and has done some commentary for AEW. Ian Riccaboni recently noted that his new co-worker has been doing work in the UK, but didn't expand on it.

As for DEFY, they're one of the hottest independent promotions stateside. Their current champion is teenage prodigy, Nick Wayne. Wayne defeated Swerve Strickland to become champion. The son of the late, great Buddy Wayne and grandson of Ed "Moondog" Wayne signed with AEW last year at the age of 16. Once he graduates high school, he can start wrestling for the promotion. He is currently set to debut on July 12 against Strickland.

SGC's Mance Warner and Matthew Justice currently hold the DEFY Tag Team Championships. VertVixen is the inaugural DEFY Women's Champion. Jon Moxley, "Filthy" Tom Lawlor, Zack Sabre, Jr., Minoru Suzuki, and Miyu Yamashita are just some of the names that have recently appeared in DEFY.

Tickets for the show go on sale on Monday through both promotions websites. No time has been given, but DEFY has advised fans to follow PROGRESS on Twitter for more details.
