Maxwell Jacob Friedman (MJF) sustained an injury to his left arm at Sunday's AEW Double or Nothing pay-per-view from Las Vegas, NV.

MJF successfully defended his 'Triple B' (Big Burberry Belt) in the highly anticipated Four Pillars fatal four-way match against Darby Allin, Sammy Guevara and Jungle Boy.

When The Devil appeared at the post-show media scrum, his arm was wrapped up in a brace. MJF was hurt during the top rope powerbomb spot that saw Darby Allin land on his arm. Although he was banged up, MJF was doing fine backstage and is not expected to miss any ring time.

MJF was in rare form at the media scrum, ranting and raving about wrestlers putting their bodies on the line for ungrateful fans who don't care about their health or wellbeing.

He referenced his forearm being "f***ed” but did not give any further information about his condition. We can expect AEW to address MJF's condition this Wednesday when Dynamite takes place from San Diego, California at the Viejas Arena.

Luckily for MJF, he'll have some time to heal up his forearm injury before his next title defense. AEW's next pay-per-view offering, Forbidden Door, is still one month away and takes place Sunday, June 25. Since this show will carry an AEW vs. NJPW theme, AEW could get away without MFJ defending the World Title, in the event that this injury takes more than a few weeks to recover from.

Despite his bad arm, MJF was in a great mood (for him) on Monday morning. He posted the following on Twitter, touting his track record of memorable matches in AEW.
