Blackpool Combat Club (BCC) member Claudio Castagnoli recently revealed what the faction members talk about in their group chat.

The dominant faction that was mentored by William Regal in 2022 comprises Claudio Castagnoli, Jon Moxley, Bryan Danielson, and Wheeler Yuta. BCC has been one of the most violent factions in the promotion. Their hard-hitting wrestling style and aggressive nature set them apart from other factions. While Regal is no longer associated with the group, he showed them the path to achieve greatness before leaving.

BCC might be debuting some new merchandise and ring gear as their apparent babyface transformation comes to a close. During a recent interview with Sporf, Claudio Castagnoli disclosed that the discussions in their group chat revolve around fairy t-shirt ideas, vintage wrestling holds, and gear pitches.

Claudio revealed that the group is trying to pitch the idea of putting a fairy on their new shirt with the slogan “Be Violent.”

“I think right now we’re trying to figure out, we were talking the other day in our group chat, about a new Blackpool Combat Club shirt. And I think we want to have a slogan, like ‘Be Violent’, but then have like a fairy or something on it, like from a cartoon or from a children’s book or something.

We don’t need more skulls on our shirts and blood and stuff. Let’s have something fun paired with something that’s completely, completely different. There would be a Tinkerbell-type thing and then ‘Be Violent’. I think that would be brilliant.”

In addition to this, Claudio talked about how they often share images of old-school wrestling holds. Then he discussed a photograph in which a man was seen sporting what may be considered akin to a diaper and they are convincing Wheeler Yuta to wear that as his in-ring gear. He said:

“There’s always holds and moves and stuff like that in the group chat. And it’s usually really, really old school holds. There was a picture of old school lifting techniques from like the 1920s, where they were wearing like, the guy was essentially wearing a diaper, kind of like a sumo, you know, around their waist lifting stuff. And we’re trying to convince Wheeler that’s his new gear.”

Claudio and Yuta were recently featured on last week's AEW Rampage when they defeated the Gates of Agony in the main event. On the other hand, Bryan Danielson was unsuccessful in challenging Christian Cage for the TNT title on last week's edition of AEW Dynamite. Meanwhile, Jon Moxley is sidelined with a concussion but he is gearing up for a return.
