I've actually spoken to Ron Fuller. He's a very nice guy and we have had good conversations about his promotions he ran. He ran Southeastern Championship Wrestling but he also Continental Championship Wrestling as well. He bought Southeastern Championship Wrestling from promoter John Cazana. He also purchased the Alabama territory which became Continental Wrestling from his cousins, The Fields Brothers.

Roy Welch was legit tough too. He was a hooker and trained his brothers Herb, Lester, & Jack. You didnt want to mess with any of them. Roy's son Buddy Fuller was dangerous too and he trained his sons Ron and Robert. As a matter of fact Jerry Lawler never wanted to get in the ring with Robert Fuller because he was afraid Fuller would hurt which he could have if he wanted to.
