    Lord Steven Regal really carried that WCW under and mid card for several years. Especially the Television title division. He beat a whose who of opponents during that time frame too. Steamboat, Luger, Ultimo Dragon, etc.

    He was in WCW through most of the 90s. He did have some good matches and feuds.
