One thing I really wish this league would do, is draft players out of High School. There are a lot of great athletes that don't make it to the college level, but. mainly due to academics. I've played against some of the best high school athletes in my State, and it sucksnseeing them end up not doing anything afterwards.

I know Semi Pro is available, but let's be real. That's just Pop Warner football for adults. The same as the softball leagues.

That is kind of the same thing here with Rugby League. I have seen some great players never really get that chance to hit the NRL (National Rugby League) big time.
