The main reason I don't think its Booker is because of the three month waiting rule that is placed in the WWE. Now unless I'm mistaken Booker was just released in October, He still has two months before he can compete for TNA. He may be backstage but I think its just to observe.

The 90 day no compete clause only matters when people are fired. I believe Bookers contract simply expired.
