What gives the Raw GM the right to make SD Matches?

I have no idea, but what I really wanna know is... are they ever actually going to reveal who the hell the GM is, or is it just going to remain "The Mystery Raw GM" for eternity?

Yeah, I thought they were using this for an appearance by the Rock or Stone Cold. They could come out one night and say they have been GM and then get fired on that night. Also, with the earlier comments of 'Thats the Bottom Line' etc, I really thought they were going to use it for Stone Cold. They will probably end up making it Vince or something but they could still use it for the angle I mentioned for a huge guest star on one night.
