Police have now confirmed that Chris Benoit asphyxiated his wife on Friday, asphyxiated his son soon after or Sat morning and hanged himself Saturday afternoon. All this happened within hours of each other or under a full day. The times are in Atlanta, Georgia time.
Benoit was found in his downstairs weight room and his wife was found upstairs in a family type room and the son was found in his bed in his bedroom.
The wife (Nancy) was tied up on her wrists and ankles and was clothed though had a towel around her with blood on her head.
The son (Daniel) was found in bed with no sign of a struggle.
Chris Benoit was found hanging downstairs in his weight room, he had used the cords from one of his weight machines to hang himself.
Bibles had been placed next to the wife and son's bodies.

i was simply shocked whe i heard the news of his death. and now that he killed his wife, his son, and hanged himself. this is terrible for their family and the entire wwe.

PWTorch.com has learned that one major media entity has received an email purporting to be from a friend of the Chris Benoit extended family saying that Benoit accidentally killed his wife in a domestic argument, then panicked and killed his son later so his son could be with his mother rather than grow up without a mom and knowing his father as a murderer.
