Dr. Gary Walder, a member of the World anti-doping agency said, "The WWE testing program - it doesn't even approximate what I call a meaningful testing program." Dr. Walder is considered one of the country's major experts on the subject.
- Jerry McDevitt claims Dr. Walder still has a grudge against WWE (Walder testified for the government in the 1994 trial of Vince McMahon).
- Dr. David Black is said to be furious at Dr. Walder for his quote accusing him of running a program filled with loop holes.
