The suspensions possibly good for business?

OK, now it may sound crazy at first but let's think it through:
Kennedy's feud was going to start up 'officially' some time in October if I remember correctly, which will be when Kennedy will return, so him being gone all now is no big thing really. If it was a first offence, they(WWE) will probably let the first timers be let off with a stern warning(Kennedy, Morrison etc) So I'm sure they can fill up the time from now to October like they planned to, plus Kennedy being off screen will make normal fans think that he's not the child, helping the story more by giving it a surprise effect on regular fans
CM Punk can feud with either The Boogeyman/The Miz/ Big Daddy V/ Elijah Burke(hopefully this one)/Tommy Dreamer to cover Morrison's abscence, thereby giving the title more defended times and variation matches as Morrison vs Punk was going on a bit too long for even a Morrison fan(me).
Carlito and Jeff Hardy could feud for the IC Belt while Umaga is gone, which should be good, possibly resulting in more talk time for Jeff on air on the Cabana.
Charlie Haas going could help Benjamin go back into singles matches, possibly IC shots with Cody Rhodes(don't want him there but apparently they were feuding)
AND showing Congress that WWE's Wellness Program is worthwhile.

I can't remember any other suspended people who were active and could actively affect storylines, so please discuss.

With Chavo being gone, WWE can build up Jamie Noble OR Shannon Moore. Noble is a former RoH Champion, so I'd love to see him get a push.

Thanks. I just thought with some people gone, WWE will have to look at other talent which could quite possibly show them some good ones who were over-looked.
