Despite having a lot of heat on him when he came into TNA, Adam "Pacman" Jones actually has a very good reputation backstage.
Many felt that TNA was paying way too much for a "celebrity criminal", but he has been nothing but a pleasure to work with so far. He doesn't travel with an entourage and he uses the main roster's locker room. He seems genuinely excited to be involved with wrestling. One wrestler explained, "He seems like a wide-eyed mark .. I mean that in a good way."

That doesn't surprise be at all. Just because u get in to trouble once in awhile doesn't mean that your a bad guy. It just means that u have made some bad choices in life.
Also maybe he would rather be a wrestler then a football player.
