Rey needs surgery on his leg. so when and as soon as Batista comes back they'll give the title to Batista similar to Batista's situation Rey could hand the Title back to Batista. Backstage WWE guys have been hopin for a long long time that Batista would be back because in there eyes hes the only main name on Smackdown now to draw fans and maybe Booker, Bobby and maybe Finlay to draw some ratings once Rey goes under the knife for Leg Surgery. This isn't really a spoiler. Because of what Mark Henry said last week, we knew a feud with Batista was coming. Batista has also stated that he will be taking his title back as soon as he returns. We also already knew Rey needed surgery. It's simple logic once you put the pieces of the puzzle together. I didn't need a WWE promo to confirm it for me.

It has already been announced that Batista will be returning between now and GAB, but even if it hadn't, logic would also tell you that this would probably happen at the next Smackdown PPV.
