    Charlie Sheen welcomes twin boys

    Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen has become the father of twin boys, his publicist has said.

    The actor's wife, Brooke Mueller, gave birth to babies Bob and Max on 14 March in Los Angeles, Stan Rosenfield said.

    Although born premature, both children were "doing great", he added. Sheen and Mueller were "ecstatic".

    The twins are the first children for the couple, who married last May. Sheen divorced Starship Troopers actress Denise Richards in 2006.
