Why The Hardcore Title & the European Title r not seen?

I think In order to reduce the length of ppv these titles are dissolved
but IMO these titles should be brought back on as it will make the story line more intresting.

Hardcore title was presented to Mick Foley and European Title was merged with the ITC Championship IMO.
