During the opening segment of Raw, Edge announced that after complaints by him about Raw Guest Hosts, WWE's "Global Headquarters" have ruled that going forward, Guest Hosts will no longer have "power" over Raw.
Edge then announced that his storyline ex-wife Vickie Guerrero had been put into power as the new Raw General Manager.

BREAKING NEWS: Vickie Guerrero RESIGNS as RAW General Manager
It looks like Vickie Guerrero may no longer be the General Manager of RAW already. She yelled that she resigned at the end of RAW tonight. Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler talked like Vickie won't be the General Manager anymore.
