Jamie Noble Apparently Injured

After Brock Lesnar sent Noble into the barricade, Noble was motionless for a while before officials attended to him. While Joey Mercury made it back into the ring for The Authority's attack on Lesnar, Noble was never again shown on camera. Noble was eventually stretchered out and given oxygen.

This appears to be a legitimate injury, although there's always a chance that it could be an angle.
