CINCINNATI -- Resident Tammy Dixon decorates for the season every year.
But what she saw Tuesday morning haunted her. "It was the worst Halloween scene you could imagine," said Dixon.
Dixon thought she was looking at a fake zombie on a fence. But it wasn't.
It was a body and it was anything but a hoax. "It was straight out of a horror story. She was hanging over there. Her left hand up. When they took her down it wasn't a joke. It was for real," said Dixon.
Police identified the woman as Rebecca Cade. Authorities said she died from blunt force trauma to her head and neck.
At least six other woman have been found dead or are missing from Chillicothe. Mothers of several of those women are now offering support.

"My heart goes out to the family. No parent is ever supposed to feel this pain. You're not supposed to bury your child," said Angela Robinson, mother of murder victim Temeka Lynch.

Robinson's daughter vanished in May. Police found her body near a creek. Her killer remains on the loose. Charlotte Trego was Lynch's friend. She's also missing. "I don't know anything, don't know more than the day she disappeared," said Trego's mother, Yvonne Bogg. But for this latest case, police have a potential answer. Donnie Cochenour Jr. has been charged with murder. He's being held on a $2 million bond.

Investigators say this killing is an isolated incident. The neighborhood moms aren't so sure.
"By the time this all ends it will probably be connected in some way shape or form," said Boggs.
