Another match has been added to the card for WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13 in Washington, D.C.

During Monday’s WWE Raw, it was announced that Je’Von Evans and TNA X-Division Champion Leon Slater will team up to face WWE World Tag Team Champions AJ Styles and Dragon Lee at the historic event.

The match continues John Cena’s vision for his final show to serve as a showcase for young talent. Cena has stated the exhibition matches on the card will be “non-canon,” meaning the World Tag Team Titles will not be on the line.

Evans comes into the match with major momentum after winning the Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge at NXT Deadline on Saturday, earning himself a future NXT Championship opportunity at New Year’s Evil 2026. The 21-year-old has been one of NXT’s most dynamic rising stars throughout 2025.

Slater, the youngest TNA X-Division Champion in history, was pulled from indie bookings in Germany and the UK this weekend, fueling speculation about his involvement at Saturday Night’s Main Event.

The British high-flyer has been teaming with Evans across NXT and TNA programming in recent months, developing impressive chemistry as a duo.

The December 13 event will air live from Capital One Arena on in the United States and Netflix internationally at 8 PM ET.
