Drew McIntyre has been granted another opportunity at the WWE Championship against Cody Rhodes, with the added advantage of choosing the match stipulation himself.

In a video released by WWE, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis visited McIntyre’s home over the weekend to negotiate terms for his return to SmackDown. McIntyre has been suspended but continued attacking Rhodes both on SmackDown and at Saturday Night’s Main Event despite the suspension.

Aldis initially wanted McIntyre to apologize to referee Dan Engler following his previous assault on the official. McIntyre rejected those terms, stating he wanted “what is fair” instead.

McIntyre then demanded another WWE Championship match against Cody Rhodes with the ability to choose the stipulation. Aldis agreed to the terms and confirmed he would bring McIntyre back to SmackDown.

However, the meeting took a dramatic turn when Cody Rhodes arrived at McIntyre’s home. The two superstars immediately got into a brawl at the front of Drew’s residence, adding another explosive chapter to their ongoing rivalry.

The stipulation McIntyre will choose for the championship match remains unknown, creating significant speculation among fans about what type of contest will give the Scottish Warrior his best chance at capturing the WWE Championship.
