Speaking of this song, here is something I wrote...

How is this for a horror movie opening?...

There's a white housewife in the kitchen around 2-5 PM, preparing dinner for the evening. You know, she's wearing the typical white housewife attire- peach-colored low-neck sweater over a white, button up shirt, grey or tan khakis or pant legs, etc.

You get the picture.

It's pretty sunny outside. Overall, it's a beautiful day. In the background, as the housewife checks on her pots, "Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head" comes on the radio she's listening to. She smiles, and then walks up to the counter to cut up some green vegetables.

I don't know, stringbeans or something.

After she cuts up the vegetables, she grabs them and heads to the sink to rinse them off. A few moments pass as she's doing so, and when she turns around, a metal pipe gets lodged into her eye socket.

Pretty gruesome, I know.

She falls down from the blow, and then we get a slow shot of the killer. First you see his boots, then his pants, then you see the jacket he's wearing, but it stops at the neck. He grabs the knife off the cutting block, and gets down onto his knee.

Now the counter blocks the identity of the killer. Damn.

Anyway, he grabs the knife, and all you can see is his arm being raised and then brought back down, as he stabs the housewife. The woman's screams lead us into the title screen.

Pretty nifty, yes?
