This is the epitome of a heel promo/segment.

Ted Dibiase: "Well, well, well, Virigl. Here we are in the fruit picking capital of the country. And as you all know, you don't make verry much money picking fruit. And it's obvious as I look around this building tonight we're the midst of a very, very, poor crowd. And as you already know, just like you're poor, I am very, very rich. That's right...I am loaded! And you know what that means? I'm rich, you're poor, and that makes me better than each and every one of you."

This promo is as good as any heel promo I've seen. The fans really ate it up, he was incredibly over, and he did that on his own...

...there was no babyfaces he was putting down, he created the heat himself. Excellent example of a heel promo.

Note: I didn't say this was the best promo ever. I said it was the epitome of a heel promo:
